Book an Appointment at Brain Vitals - Part of the Brownstone Health Collective

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, we ask you to please be respectful of our practitioner’s time. Some services can be offered virtually, please call to change your appointment if the roads are bad or if you feel unwell. You may be surprised at how much can be accomplished in a virtual physio appointment! Also, if the weather is forecasted to storm, we may call and try to adjust your appointment for the safety of everyone.

When booking for someone other than yourself, please use their name for the account (ie. child’s name). Each person requires their own account and will need a different username and password (EX username: John.Smith). We recommend NOT USING AN EMAIL ADDRESS for your log in. Using one email address for multiple accounts will lead to issues logging into the accounts.

Brain Vitals - ERP Brain Scan

Brain Vitals is part of the Brownstone Health Collective. This is a group of independent businesses that operate out of the Brownstone Health building, but are not part of Brownstone Health.

Brain Vitals use a medical grade device that measures the electrical activity of your brain in real time (EEG-ERP) as you complete a series of cognitive tasks over a 6 minute period. The immediate results in areas of auditory perception, basic attention and cognitive processing speed represent objective measures of brain health and can provide actionable insights around objective cognitive function.

This scan involves an in person appointment at the clinic, followed by a video appointment where your results will be interpreted by a physician.

Note: this service will likely NOT be covered by private health insurance, and must be paid for at the time of the scan.
